When do you release tickets?
Answer: Unfortunate, we do not have a date for the release yet. We will keep you updated.

Are you going to
sell one day tickets?

Answer: No, only weekend tickets will be sold.  If you are just curious what the convention is all about, the museum is open to the public 12 PM – 5 PM every day. The public may not participate in any activities.

How many tickets have been sold?

Answer: We will not be releasing any numbers regarding sold tickets. However, we will be notifying you when the tickets are nearly sold out. If you want to feel sure about having a spot in Artists’ Alley, the Cosplay Contest or just the convention in general; it’s a great idea to buy your tickets as soon as possible.

Can I order or collect a ticket for my friend?

Answer: No. Your ticket is personal and can only be collected according to the instructions that can be found under the ticket information.

Can you set aside tickets?

Answer: No. No tickets will be set aside for anyone. Therefore you should make sure to pay your tickets in time.

Will you sell tickets on the spot?

Answer: It depends on the consumption of the pre-booked tickets. If all tickets are booked and payed before the convention, the answer is no. If there is unpayed tickets after the last payment date, these remaining tickets will be sold at the door, to an elevated price. Details on this will be published later.

I can’t go to the convention and I have already bought an ticket, can you buy it back?

Anwer: No, unfortunately we won’t buy back any tickets that have been sold.

One of my possessions broke or got lost during the convention, can I have compensation for it?

Answer: ConFusion takes no responsibility for visitors’ possessions. Compensation for broken, lost or stolen possession will therefore not be given. If you lose something during the convention, contact the front desk which will help you report the lost possession. It is also where you leave things you find during the convention.

Will there be any possibility to store things at the convention?

Answer: The museum will be supplying an unmanned wardrobe, and also a limited amount of safes which can be used by the visitors. The safes require 5 or 10 SEK for the deposit. ConFusion takes no responsibility for stored possessions.

I’m allergic to something that could be present on the premises. Should I be worried?

Answer: You, yourself, are responsible for avoiding food and alike and make sure to have any medicine close at hand. That means: do not leave your medicine in the dormitory or in the wardrobe. We have no rules that, e.g., state that it’s not permitted to have citrus fruits at the convention; however, it is strictly forbidden to bring nuts into the convention halls.

You cannot bring your own food in to the halls, however; the things you are allergic to could be found in the food which the restaurant, Tabla, or the cafeteria serves. If you are overly sensitive against something you should inform the front desk about your allergies so that our paramedics will know what to do if you have an allergic reaction. You should also be familiar with what happens when a reaction occurs, if you are not familiar with it you should talk to your doctor before going to ConFusion.

Can I carry weapons with my cosplay?

Answer: Any kind of sharp weapons are not allowed to be carried during the convention, the exception being the Cosplay Contest (and then only on stage). Toy weapons, e.g. plastic rifles or blunt wooden swords, are allowed to be carried around at the convention as long as they will not harm other visitors or can be suspected of being a real weapon. The rifle barrel is to be marked with the color red.

Can I leave my things in the dormitories?

Answer: You can leave your things in certain dormitories, but it’s nothing that we recommend you do. ConFusion takes no responsibility for things that are either stolen or lost in the dormitories.

Can I bring my own food in to the Museum of World Culture?

Answer: No, foods which haven’t been bought at either Tabla or ConFusion’s own cafeteria are not allowed in the halls. The reason for this is because restaurant Tabla has all rights reserved for serving food, drinks and alike at the museum. If a visitor is found with food that has been brought in from the outside it will give the right to restaurant Tabla to not allow that person in to the halls until the food has been eaten.

I can’t log on to my account! What should I do?

Answer: Check that you have written the correct username and password. Also make sure that Caps Lock or something alike is not activated. If this doesn’t help: contact Rickard Lund at support@confusion.nu.

Why am I not getting any e-mails from you?

Answer: Some e-mail services, e.g. Hotmail, sort our e-mails as spam (even though they clearly aren’t). You should therefore make sure that our e-mail is not in the“spam” category  at your e-mail service. Another reason could also be that you misspelled your e-mail address.
