We may often hear that it's important to take of ourselves, but sometimes it's hard to know what that actually entails, and sometimes we just can't find it in ourselves to do it. With this lecture I hope that you'll learn a little bit more about yourself, as well as how to deal with your own and others hardships in life. This lecture will cover how we can take care of our own needs in day-to-day life, as well as in tough situations, but also what's important to consider when we see someone else feeling down. The lecture will be held in English and be hosted by Katarina Theander, a PTP-psychologist in primary health care.
